How online booking works
Verify your phone number
Start with your mobile number so we can securely find your ReACH profile.
Choose patient and care type
Select the patient profile, then choose Online, In-person, or Assessment.
Pick clinician and slot
Existing patients may get their preferred clinician pre-selected. You can still change the clinician before choosing a slot.
Review and confirm
Review the appointment summary. If consent is pending, we’ll show the form only before final confirmation. You’ll see confirmation on screen and receive appointment updates on WhatsApp.
Assessment booking is being moved into a dedicated Assessment Portal. For now, the online assessment portal is under construction.
