  • Appointment details: service type, clinician/department, preferred date & time, booking status.
  • WhatsApp metadata (for automated and follow‑up messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform): template name/ID used, message ID, delivery/read status and timestamps, error codes, and the recipient phone number. We do not sell this data.
  • Support messages: if you contact us, we keep the conversation history to resolve your request.
  • Technical logs: basic server/application logs for security and reliability.
  • Sensitive data: Please don’t share clinical details over WhatsApp or public forms. Mental‑health information is handled through appropriate clinical workflows, not this public website.
